About

I’m Firestarter.

I grew up in rural Tennessee with a love of the outdoors and a reckless streak. I’ve traveled Latin America, played in the Flatirons, thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail, thru-hiked the Camino Frances route of el Camino de Santiago, and am sectioning the Pinhoti. I’m a NOLS-certified Wilderness First Responder. I rock climb, backpack, trail run, ski, kayak, mountain bike, snowshoe, and am generally game for anything that gets me outside and moving.

I live in Nashville with my husband (Bill), son (Henry) and dog (Moka).
